  I've come here now 4 times every time my experience has gotten worse and worse. Poorly managed at the order ahead line. Waiting at least 10-15 mins to get your meal. The food is cold by then. I will never come to this location again. What's the point of having a an app if you guys can't even manage it correctly at he store unbelievable. I waited 20 mins today and nothing you all just lost a loyal customer.

  Good food and the staff are great, but if you order online and put in a request for a bowl with a tortilla, the tortilla won't be there when you pick it up (even though that's a very common order when standing in line). The line does get really long during lunch, but it moves quickly so I'd just suggest waiting in line instead of doing an online order
