  It is usually okay, I have a special not on menu request every week and they take care of it with no issue. Sometimes it can be a little slow if it is busy but I have never had a horrible experience.

  Stale bread and bad drinks. They always have 2-4 workers but only one is working the register, making the food, and making the drinks. They are not aware of the promotions on the DD perks app

  This place has 4-5 workers with only one person at the register. They make awful drinks and even when there's a huge line near the door (only dd around a busy business area), they go back laugh and slowly walk back to the register. They need to improve customer service or let every one of these lazy employees go.
