  Had 8:15pm reservations, didn't get seated until 9. Then took the server 15 minutes to get us something to drink so we were there for an hour before getting anything to drink! Server took forever getting back to our table, never got a refill on water but took about 10 minutes to get us steak sauce. And speaking of steak, we both ordered steak and lobster tail and the steak was way pass medium rare and had no flavor. My wife couldn't eat it at all. Only positive thing was them being able to grill the lobster tail instead of boiling it. Never going back there, worst $150 I've spent on a meal!!!

  Made a 4 pm reservation through Google Maps (open table) after being recommended by a co-worker. Arrived 8 min early to a rather empty restaurant. Ordered a crab cake and a Coke. They also brought out warm bread and whipped butter. Everything up to this point was great. So far, so good.
  
  Shift turnover, Jessica arrives (my new waitress). She was a delight!
  
  28 min later, she is trying to figure out why my order has taken so long. I noticed well over 10 min ago my lobster tail sitting on the shelf, like it was ready for me... and there it sat the entire time. She brings me "a very hot plate" and I mentioned, "Well, it should be. It's been sitting under that heat lamp for 20 min." I couldn't begin to imagine how raw/under cooked the lobster tail would have been 20 minutes ago, when it was put under the heat lamp, so I'm guessing I'm glad it took that long before I received it.
  
  Jessica did talk to the manager, and they did come over and offer to make me another filet. The char on half of it was unbearable, but I ate the other half and declined a new one. Jessica returned with my bill and said she removed my appetizer, since I didn't want the filet.
  
  I WILL go back, and give them a chance at redemption. Overall, for the "nice meal" I hoped for, and paid for, I was quite UNDERwhelmed.
  
  ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT: Whether they're coming onto a shift, or heading home... please take care of your paying customers. LOTS of other choices I could make, and another experience like this will keep you off my radar for good.

  Very good food and average service. This location has seen a significant drop in business during the work week lunch service and it appears they have reduced wait staff to compensate. Service can be slow and spotty.
